All of them have been incarcerated since Saturday in the jail of the Palace of Justice of Santiago.\n\n\n

The victim’s family lawyer, Miguel Valdemar, indicated that they are evaluating each piece of evidence to determine whether they will file new legal actions in the coming days.\n\nThe investigation, led by Deputy Prosecutor Wilson Camacho and Prosecutor Olga Din\u00e1 Llaver\u00edas, establishes that 87 students participated in the excursion under the supervision of only three caregivers, without lifeguards or prior inspection of the aquatic area at the Los Caballos estate, where the tragedy occurred.
