The Charges Against Robinson<\/h2>\n\n\nThe Utah County Attorney’s Office has charged Robinson with aggravated homicide for the September 10 shooting of the ultra-conservative activist on the campus of Utah Valley University in Orem.\n\nIn total, Robinson faces seven charges, which also include an accusation of firing a firearm causing serious bodily injury, in which the Prosecution also alleges “aggravating factors” because it is believed that the accused attacked Charlie Kirk “based on his political ideology and that he did so knowing that there were children present” who would witness the homicide.\n\n\n
