Music, gratitude, and fellowship marked the gathering that brought the membership together in Santo Domingo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\nSanto Domingo<\/strong>. \u2013 In an atmosphere filled with joy, closeness, and family spirit, the Dominican Association of Tourism Press (Adompretur) celebrated its traditional Christmas gathering, bringing together the membership of Santo Domingo and special guests in an evening designed to close the year by reaffirming the bonds of brotherhood and the commitment to the development of national tourism journalism.\n\nThe meeting was led by the board of Adompretur<\/a> and began with the welcome words of its president, Sarah Hern\u00e1ndez, who valued the large attendance as a clear sign of the sense of belonging that characterizes the organization. In her speech, she highlighted the work carried out by the current board of directors, focused on integrating the membership through training programs, formative meetings and activities aimed at raising the professional quality of tourism journalists.\n\n\n

\u201cIt fills us with satisfaction to see the great Adompretur family reunited, celebrating the fruits of a year of work and sharing with colleagues who believe, as we do, in institutional strengthening and in the value of tourism journalism for the country,\u201d expressed Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe president took the opportunity to wish a Merry Christmas and a prosperous year 2026 to those present and their families, reaffirming that the institution will continue to promote initiatives that contribute to the professional growth of its members and the positioning of Dominican tourism.\n\n\n

Also, former presidents Osvaldo Soriano, Dania Goris and Yenny Polanco Lovera attended.\n\nAt the close of the meeting, Sarah Hern\u00e1ndez thanked the attendees and the support of the members, highlighting that “the massive participation confirms that the Adompretur family is united and determined to continue working in a cohesive manner to strengthen the institution, promote the professional growth of its members and contribute to the development of Dominican tourism journalism.”\n\n\n
