Others <\/a>understand that the problem requires more structural answers, with greater State intervention through awareness campaigns that promote peaceful coexistence, emotional education, and the rejection of violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It’s an issue that has to be a campaign, not just for one day… We were born from a woman. Thank God I have never had to resort to violence, I was married for 25 years, it didn’t suit me, I got divorced and we are still friends, I didn’t give birth to women to kill them,” Rafael emphasized.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe population agrees that violence against women should not be normalized<\/strong> and that addressing this phenomenon requires a joint effort between the authorities, communities, and society in general, with the aim of preventing more lives from being lost due to domestic violence.\n\n\n
