\u201cThese agreements allow us to strengthen the planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes of initiatives aimed at people with disabilities, ensuring comprehensive, sustainable interventions aligned with national public policies, with a focus on the rights and full development of this population,\u201d he indicated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nSimilarly, the executive director of Special Olympics of the Dominican Republic, Guillermo Enrique \u00c1lvarez Garc\u00eda-Godoy, valued the scope of the agreement. “This alliance with CONADIS strengthens our work in favor of a more just and inclusive society, allowing us to expand the impact of our programs and generate greater opportunities for development and participation for people with disabilities,” he affirmed.\n\nMeanwhile, the president of the Yo Tambi\u00e9n Puedo Foundation, Mar\u00eda Esperanza Hache Handal, highlighted the relevance of inter-institutional collaboration. “This cooperation with CONADIS will allow us to strengthen our initiatives and reach people with disabilities more effectively, promoting their autonomy, inclusion, and full participation in society,” she said.\n\nThe agreements contemplate awareness-raising actions on disability; the implementation of inclusive strategies for educational and operational care; the development of a school for parents oriented towards well-being, care, and stimulation for integral development; the training of volunteers and coaches in adapted sports; the training of community-based organizations in inclusion; and the realization of inclusive sports tournaments, among other initiatives.\n\n\n
