The entity reported that the topic they will address this year will be \u201cfrom diagnosis to Therapeutic Intervention in Adulthood<\/strong>\u201d.\n\nWith this activity, they will continue this space for reflection that seeks to generate proposals to address the challenges faced by adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Dominican Republic.\n\nThe congress will take place on Sunday, January 18, 2026, in the Auditorium of the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henr\u00edquez Ure\u00f1a (UNPHU<\/a>), from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.\n\nThe event will feature the participation of prominent national and international speakers, including \u00c1ngel Reverol, from Venezuela; Iv\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, from the United States; and Jonathan P\u00e9rez, a national speaker.\n\nIn addition, panels will be developed with specialists and representatives from various public and governmental institutions, including CONADIS, SENASA, MINERD, MESCyT, SISALRIL, and the CNSS.\n\n\n

(REFIDOMSA), through its corporate social responsibility program, channeled through the REFIDOMSA Foundation, and will include an inter-institutional panel on public policies and rights for the inclusion of adults with ASD.\n\nIts president, Odile Villavizar, emphasized that with this initiative, the Manos Unidas por Autismo Foundation reaffirms its commitment to visibility, inclusion, and the construction of concrete actions that contribute to improving the quality of life of adults with autism and their families, as well as the continuity of awareness for this condition that is becoming more frequent in the world.\n\n\n
