Adalberta Luc\u00eda Calca\u00f1o Maldonado, director of the Educational District 14-04, for being distinguished as Official of the Year 2025, in merit of her outstanding management, leadership and commitment to strengthening the education system in the province.<\/p>\n\n\nThe recognition was presented by Finez V\u00e9lez, director of the Saman\u00e1 Information Platform, who explained that this distinction aims to highlight efficiency, transparency, and responsibility in the exercise of public function, especially in the education sector.\n\nV\u00e9lez indicated that for the selection of the official, evaluation and performance analysis mechanisms were used, considering criteria such as professional ethics, institutional impact, and the assessment of the educational community.\n\n\n
