“I am not aware of any images of naked minors generated by Grok<\/a>. Literally none,” Musk wrote on his social network.<\/p>\n\n\nThe also CEO of Tesla and founder of SpaceX said that Grok only generates the images that users ask it for and that “it will refuse to produce any illegal content, as Grok’s operating principle is to obey the laws of any country or state.”\n\n“There may be times when a cyberattack on Grok’s instructions produces unexpected results. If that happens, we fix the error immediately,” he adds.\n\n\n

International Measures Against the Misuse of AI<\/h2>\n\n\nMusk’s statements come amid increased scrutiny from both the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom.\n\nBrussels described the appearance of non-consensual sexually explicit deepfakes on X as “illegal”, “atrocious” and “repugnant”.\n\nThis month, X Premium subscribers began using Grok to generate non-consensual images of people in their underwear, a disturbing trend that led users worldwide to call for greater restriction of the tool and the removal of generated content.\n\nAmidst the growing trend of Grok creating images of people in bikinis or scant clothing, on January 2nd, Musk participated in the controversy by posting a photo of himself in a bikini.\n\nMusk asked Grok to modify an image of someone in a bikini generated by AI to look like him, a request that the tool executed without problems.\n\n\n

California joins the investigations<\/h2>\n\n\nIn addition, California Attorney General Rob Bonta opened an investigation this Wednesday against xAI for the proliferation of non-consensual sexually explicit material.\n\n\u00abThe avalanche of reports detailing the sexually explicit and non-consensual material that xAI has produced and published online in recent weeks is shocking.
