“We are not going to resign ourselves to an order of injustice, arbitrariness and violence,” added Albares, before proposing his global alliance for multilateralism.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nIn her opinion, it is time for her to defend international cooperation, the peaceful resolution of all conflicts, and international security.\n\n\n
