The measure was adopted after a statement from the legislator in which he requested the immediate reopening of the establishments, pointing out that the closure had been disproportionate.<\/p>\n<p>The director of COBA, <strong>Ferm\u00edn Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong>, reported that after evaluating the files, it was determined that the observations pointed out by the senator were in accordance with the law and did not justify maintaining the closures.
