Santo Domingo.<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 The Dominican Institute of Meteorology (Indomet) reported that during the night of this Thursday, clear sky conditions will prevail in Greater Santo Domingo<\/strong>. However, towards the Atlantic coast<\/strong>, some isolated showers<\/strong> will be recorded due to the moderate east wind, especially in provinces<\/a> such as La Altagracia, El Seibo, Hato Mayor, Saman\u00e1, Mar\u00eda Trinidad S\u00e1nchez and Espaillat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\nFor the morning of this Saturday<\/strong>, these precipitations will continue in the north and northeast of the country. In the afternoon<\/strong>, a trough<\/strong> will begin to affect the national territory, causing locally moderate showers<\/strong>, accompanied by possible thunderstorms and wind gusts<\/strong> in Greater Santo Domingo<\/strong>, as well as in San Pedro de Macor\u00eds, Monte Plata, Monse\u00f1or Nouel, La Vega, Azua (north zone), San Juan, El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a and Santiago<\/strong>, among other nearby provinces.\n\nThese conditions will persist until the early hours of the night<\/strong>, when the rainy activity will tend to concentrate again towards the Atlantic coast<\/strong>. Saturday<\/strong> will present a similar panorama, while for Sunday<\/strong> a gradual decrease in rainfall<\/strong> is expected.\n\n\n
