Through this new scheme, the three main parties in the country, the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), Fuerza del Pueblo (FP), and the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD) will go from receiving RD$400 million to RD$432 million each<\/strong>, which implies an increase of RD$32 million per party. Together, these organizations will concentrate RD$96 million of the additional RD$120 million approved in the General State Budget for 2026.<\/p>\n\n\nThe Possible Country (PC) party is listed as the main beneficiary among the medium-sized organizations<\/strong>. The organization, which received RD$5.2 million in 2025, will receive RD$38.88 million in 2026, after reaching 1.13% of the total votes, which allowed it to ascend to the group of parties with between 1% and 5% of electoral support.\n\nIn contrast, the Esperanza Democr\u00e1tica (ED), Justicia Social (JS) and Partido de Unidad Nacional (PUN) parties fell below the 1% threshold, leading to a significant reduction in their funding: from RD$25.9 million to RD$3.9 million each.\n\n\n
