Miguel \u00c1ngel Paulino, the &#8220;Talento y Futuro&#8221; Foundation and the request of doctor V\u00edctor Hugo Carrasco.\n\nAfter President Luis Abinader&#8217;s visit to Dajab\u00f3n for the inauguration of the new hospital and other works, the president of Multimedios Linieros and the &#8220;Talento y Futuro&#8221; Foundation, Lic. Miguel Angel Paulino, referred to Dr. Victor Hugo Carrasco the urgent need for that emergency vehicle for the Red Cross.\n\nImmediately, Dr. Victor Hugo communicated the request from Lic.
