The development will operate under a mixed Hotel & Residences format, combining hotel operation and high-end residences in front of the Palacio de Bellas Artes.\n\nThis agreement represents Noval Properties’ first project in the Dominican capital under the hotel and residences concept, as well as Swiss\u00f4tel’s official entry into the Dominican Republic, establishing operations in Santo Domingo and expanding the country’s urban hospitality offerings.\n\nThe signing of the agreement and its public presentation took place during FITUR 2026, which is held from January 21 to 25 at IFEMA Madrid, one of the main international meetings of the tourism and investment industry.\n\n\n

Through this alliance, it contributes one of the premium brands from its portfolio to the project.
