P\u00e9rez, a native of the province of El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a, emphasized that the award demonstrates that talent has no geographical limits and that from any point in the country one can contribute to social development.\n\nLikewise, singer and actress <strong>Chelsy Bautista<\/strong> assured that the National Youth Award is proof that effort and perseverance are recognized, and valued that the award rewards young people from different social strata and disciplines.
