\u201cThis type of activities strengthen our mission to train doctors with a high scientific and human level, for the benefit of the health system and Dominican patients,\u201d<\/strong> he\/she pointed out.<\/p>\n\n\nDuring the event, four orthopedic doctors were promoted as new members of the Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine Chapter of the Ney Arias Lora Traumatology Hospital.\n\nThe promoted individuals correspond to the 2021-2023 promotion, doctors Fernando Pujols and Melvin Casado, as well as to the 2023-2025 promotion, doctors Julio Ortiz and Bueno Medina.\n\nThe conference was attended by Dr. Andy de Le\u00f3n, president of the Dominican Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Dr. Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez, president of the Arthroscopy Chapter; Dr. Carlos Ricardo; current fellow coordinator; Dr. Jos\u00e9 Luis D\u00edaz, former program coordinator and Martha Landa, anesthesiologist, who is a methodological advisor.\n\nAlso, Dr. Rudolf Ferm\u00edn, Head of Teaching; Jefrey Torres, Orthopedics Manager; and Dr. Lizardi, Spine Fellow Coordinator, along with other members of the medical staff, participated.\n\nDuring the event, Dr. Andy de Le\u00f3n, president of the Dominican Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology, highlighted the importance of this academic initiative and extended a special invitation to support the start of the Scientific Thursdays, which formally mark the activities of the Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine Chapter and the Shoulder and Elbow Committee.\n\nThe director of the health center, doctor V\u00edctor Rosario Suazo, thanked the specialist doctors, teachers and support staff who made the academic day possible, highlighting the commitment and dedication demonstrated in the development of the research presented.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
