Bonao.\u2013\u00a0<\/strong>The Minister of Culture, Roberto \u00c1ngel Salcedo, began this Friday at the Educational Center of Bonao the new approach that the initiative \u201cThe Power of Good Words<\/strong>\u201d will take in 2026, a stage oriented to the educational field, with emphasis on schools and colleges, particularly in 5th and 6th grade high school students<\/strong>, with the aim of expanding the reach of the message in all the provinces of the country.<\/p>\n\n\nDuring a conversation with final-year students, the official highlighted the importance of promoting respectful, empathetic, and constructive language as part of a cultural transformation strategy<\/strong>, conceived as an invitation to rethink the ways of communication in a context marked by polarization and verbal aggression.\n\nWith the young Helen Moya, a student from the Bonao Educational Center, acting as the event moderator, Salcedo referred to the principles that underpin the initiative, emphasizing that it does not seek to impose or censor, nor does it have a punitive or commercial nature.\n\nHis purpose, he explained, is to contribute to “lower the temperature of social language<\/strong>” and rescue the word as a tool for dialogue, understanding, and coexistence.\n\n\n
