According to his explanation, the alleged perpetrator would be a <strong>person of Haitian nationality who had been working on a construction site<\/strong> on the upper part of the commercial premises. He also indicated that access to the business was allegedly gained through the back of the establishment, using a construction tool.\n\nJean Carlos stated that he went to the National <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@PoliciaRD\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@PoliciaRD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Police<\/a> detachment to file the corresponding complaint.
