He also held high-ranking positions such as Director of Internal Affairs, Southern Regional Director, Director of Liaison between the Ministry of Defense and the National Police, and Director of Internal Control.\n\nIn the academic field, he is a civil engineer graduated from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henr\u00edquez Ure\u00f1a (UNPHU) and holds a master&#8217;s degree in National Defense and Security from the Instituto Superior para la Defensa General Juan Pablo Duarte y D\u00edez.
