Santo Domingo<\/strong>.\u2013 Veteran communicators Tania B\u00e1ez and Milagros Germ\u00e1n described the departure of the program Esta Noche Mariasela from Dominican television as an \u201cuncalculable loss.\u201d The statements were made during a press conference for the theatrical proposal \u201cSin Pedir Permiso\u201d, in which both participate.<\/p>\n\n\nB\u00e1ez pointed out that the communicator Mariasela \u00c1lvarez, host of the space for 14 years, is going through a personal and professional growth process and indicated that “she is prioritizing what is essential and seeking time for her family and friends<\/strong>“.\n\nShe added that, although she is not certain that \u00c1lvarez will return with a daily variety show proposal, the producer and Miss World 1982 is not completely retiring from the media<\/strong>.\n\n\n

\u201cFor women in television, it is the departure of an important, committed and necessary voice for the causes of the country and for communication, even more so at this moment that the sector is experiencing,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nBoth agreed that Mariasela will not retire completely and stated that, \u201cwith another proposal or platform, we will have her dignity, commitment and honesty, with which she has undertaken her career in television\u201d<\/strong>.\n\n\n
