The WHO warned that these actions put the lives of patients, health professionals, and entire communities at risk.\n\nThe report indicates that the third quarter of 2025 was one of the most critical periods, with a significant number of incidents that caused fatalities and injuries, as well as severe damage to medical infrastructure.
