It is a concrete response to a real need. It is a clear sign that when the State listens, plans, and perseveres, it can transform the lives of its people.”\n\nDuring its journey, Line 2C will connect 14 communities in densely populated areas of Santo Domingo Oeste, allowing passengers to save up to two hours a day in travel time during peak hours, improving their quality of life.\n\n\n
“Thousands of Dominicans in this area have spent up to an hour and a half each way to get to their jobs or study centers.
