“For a claim under RICO to proceed, it is essential that a company separate from the defendants be established and that a specific pattern of criminal conduct be described. In our understanding, that is not properly presented,” he maintained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe RICO Act is a U.S. federal law designed to combat organized crime, allowing civil plaintiffs to claim damages when they allege they have been affected by a pattern of unlawful activities linked to a business or organized structure.\n\nAs of yet, no further details have been offered regarding the date on which the dismissal motion will be formally presented, nor about the specific arguments contained in the legal document.
