Los \u00c1ngeles (EE.UU.),-<\/strong> The president of United States, Donald Trump, <\/strong>attacked Robert De Niro<\/strong> by calling him “sick and demented”<\/strong>, after the actor of ‘The Godfather’ asked in a podcast to “get rid of” the president.<\/p>\n\n\nIn a message posted on his social media, Trump called the interpreter “mentally unstable”<\/strong> and questioned his intelligence.\n\n\n

“Trump is the enemy of this country, let’s not kid ourselves”<\/strong>, said De Niro on the podcast ‘The Best People’, by Nicolle Wallace, published on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Let’s not kid ourselves. He won’t leave (power). It depends on us to get rid of him. We have to make sure\u2026 We have to get rid of him. He’s going to ruin the country. People have to mobilize now and be prepared for the midterm elections,”<\/strong> added the actor.<\/p>\n\n\nTrump’s response was not long in coming and in the same publication he lashed out at Democratic congresswomen Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib<\/strong>, who on Tuesday night confronted the president during the State of the Union address.\n\nOmar shouted: “You have killed Americans”, during a criticism against undocumented immigrants, while Tlaib asked about Epstein’s files, which were left out of the president’s speech.\n\n“(Omar and Tlaib) They should get on a boat with the Trump-obsessed Robert De Niro, another sick and demented person with, I believe, an extremely low IQ, who has no idea what he’s doing or saying, something that is truly CRIMINAL!” Trump wrote.\n\n“When I saw him break down in tears last night, like a child would, I realized he might be even sicker than the loony Rosie O’Donnell, who is right now in Ireland trying to figure out how to get back to our beautiful United States,” he added.\n\nDe Niro has publicly and frequently shown his rejection of Trump since his first term 2017-2021, which has earned him insults from the president on various occasions.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
