Article 1 of Decree No. 582-23, of November 14, 2023, is repealed with respect to the designation of General Juan Hilario Guzm\u00e1n Bad\u00eda, P.N., as Deputy Director General of the National Police.\n\nArticle 2. General Esteban Figuereo Garc\u00eda, P.N., is appointed Deputy Director General of the National Police.\n\nArticle 3. General Ernesto Rafael Rodr\u00edguez Garc\u00eda, P.N., is appointed Inspector General of the National Police.\n\nArticle 4. Article 1 of Decree No. 45-25, of January 28, 2025, which designated General Werner Manuel N\u00fa\u00f1ez Quezada, P.N., as director of Internal Affairs, is repealed.\n\nArticle 5. Colonel Francisco Amparo G\u00f3mez Polanco, P.N., is promoted to the rank of general, P.N., and appointed director of Internal Affairs of the National Police.\n\n\n
