This advance exceeds the growth rate of male affiliation, which stood at 3% last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The female presence in the construction sector not only showed an advance superior to that of men, but also recorded the greatest increase in affiliation compared to all productive sectors. Female work on-site barely represents 9%, although this percentage has increased compared to previous years. The majority of women are concentrated in administrative or management occupations.\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Most perform administrative tasks<\/strong><br>The report details that more than half of the female workers, 53.3%, are grouped into five main occupations, most of which are related to administrative tasks within construction companies.<\/p>\n\n\nThe branches of Specialized Construction Activities and Building Construction concentrate the largest volume of affiliates, with 51.1% and 44.5% respectively, while Civil Engineering represents the remaining 4.4%.
