He served as Executive Vice President of Subsidiaries Reservas and is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic negotiation, risk analysis, and policy design. He has led organizational transformation processes and large-scale corporate transactions.<\/p>\n
Pedro Bienvenido Gal\u00e1n Flaquer holds a degree in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), and a specialization in General Management from Barna Management School.<\/p>\n
