We recommend reading:Young man murdered in assault for a chain in Villa Ol\u00edmpica de Santiago<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\nDuring the opening ceremony, the official highlighted that the title deed will not only provide peace of mind and legal protection to families, but will also allow housing units to significantly increase their market value, even up to triple.\n\nHe highlighted that this process represents a guarantee for the occupants, by ensuring that no one will be able to dispossess them of the properties they have inhabited for years, while opening up the possibility of accessing greater economic opportunities through the formalization of their assets.\n\nFurthermore, he reiterated that all work will be completely free, so beneficiaries will not have to pay for parcel surveys, censuses, or signing acts.\n\nThe UTECT brigades will tour the Olympic Village and will be duly identified. In that sense, the authorities urged residents to collaborate with the technical personnel during the carrying out of surveys, censuses, and documentary verification processes.\n\nThe project manager is the architect Vladimir Cruz, who will be in charge of the logistics of the land survey.\n\nIt was reported that the brigades will work from early morning hours until the end of the afternoon, and that all personnel will be duly identified with institutional clothing and ID cards, to provide trust and security to the residents.\n\nIt was also recommended that occupants keep the boundaries of their properties clean and, as far as possible, be present during visits to provide their details and submit the documents related to the occupation of their homes.\n\nThe Villa Ol\u00edmpica project joins the National Titling Plan as a priority of the Government.\n\nDuring the activity, the authorities highlighted that President Luis Abinader has made this plan one of the strategic axes of his management, with the aim of bringing concrete solutions to families who have waited for decades for the legalization of their properties.\n\n\n
