In the PLD, not everyone can be a candidate<\/strong>,” he says.\n\nD\u00edaz also refers to the debate on independent candidacies currently being analyzed in the National Congress, indicating that the current legislation already<\/a> allows political participation through parties and movements, in accordance with Law 33-18 on Political Parties.\n\nIn that sense, he underlines that there are more than 30 political organizations in the country, so any citizen interested in running for an elective office can do so through these structures. In his opinion, governing requires not only aspirations, but also teams, proposals, and organization.\n\n\n
