The images of the event, which allegedly captured the subject sexually assaulting a female dog in a desolate area, were spread on social media and led to a complaint before the competent authorities.\n\nThe <strong>Instituto Distrital de Protecci\u00f3n y Bienestar Animal (IDPYBA)<\/strong> addressed the case following a report from an animal protector and transferred the animal for veterinary evaluation, which includes clinical examinations to provide evidentiary material.
