Likewise, they indicated that the man claimed to have introduced the weapons into the vehicle without the artist’s consent.\n\nThe defense also questioned the handling of the case by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, alleging that the person who took responsibility for the weapons has not been duly considered within the investigation.\n\n\n

\u201cHere, they are simply attacking a figure, when the Public Ministry already has a preliminary investigation and knows who is responsible for the act. The person declared themselves responsible for the weapons, but the Public Ministry doesn’t even want to hear or document that declaration,\u201d the jurists expressed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe case is being investigated by prosecutor Wilson D\u00edaz, who is leading the corresponding proceedings to determine the responsibilities in the event.\n\nFollowing her arrest, the artist, whose real name is Jorgina Guillermo D\u00edaz, was transferred to the San Luis preventive jail<\/strong>, where she will remain while the investigations proceed.\n\nAccording to the preliminary report from the National Police, the interpreter was found with two firearms inside a green Lamborghini<\/strong> vehicle, license plate Z007935<\/a><\/strong>.\n\nAuthorities detailed that it is a Glock 19 pistol, fifth generation, with a magazine and two cartridges, and a Zoraki pistol with a magazine and five cartridges, both under expert analysis.\n\nThe Public Ministry has a period of 48 hours to present the artist before a judge, who could impose a coercive measure if the prosecutors so request.
