Padre Las Casas, Azua.\u2013<\/strong> The director of Regional Education 03, teacher Jos\u00e9 Antonio de los Santos<\/a><\/strong>, led the institutional participation in the 8th Gala of the Liceo en Artes Eugenio Mar\u00eda de Hostos Center, where student talent and the value of Dominican cultural identity through art were demonstrated.<\/p>\n\n\nThe activity, organized by Educational District 03-02, was held under the theme \u201cArtistic Journeys<\/a>:<\/strong> Origin and Journey of Our Identity\u201d, bringing together educational authorities, municipal representatives, and actors from the business sector.\n\nThe event was dedicated to merengue singer Kinito M\u00e9ndez, in recognition of his career and contribution to Dominican music. During the event, the artist thanked the educational community for the distinction.\n\nAmong the attendees, the presence of do\u00f1a Jesussa Lebr\u00f3n, the artist’s mother, was also highlighted, whose participation added an emotional touch to the activity, by accompanying the recognition of her son in his community of origin.\n\n\n
