Several of the access roads to the area have practically paralyzed traffic, while in other sections the flow is moving extremely slowly.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the transit agencies and emergency units are on site working on the removal of the heavy vehicle and on organizing traffic, with the aim of restoring normality as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Faced with this situation, the authorities urge citizens to opt for alternative routes and to remain calm if they are forced to travel through the affected area.
