In addition, security personnel and delegates will receive certified training to handle these types of situations.

Among the most visible measures is the creation of the so-called “purple points”, identified spaces within each stand where attendees can receive information, guidance and assistance in case of being victims or witnesses of inappropriate behavior. “Purple rooms” will also be enabled to provide direct attention to those affected.

Clubs will be required to mark these points through signage, public address systems, and digital channels, ensuring that any fan can easily identify them in any stadium. Likewise, they must conduct periodic drills to ensure the correct application of the protocol.

The plan also includes the creation of safe routes for victims to leave the premises if they wish, in coordination with the authorities. In case of inappropriate behavior, security personnel may intervene, identify those responsible, and proceed with reports or expulsions from the stadium if necessary.

The regulations also provide for immediate actions against chants, banners or behaviors that offend the rights of women or any person, including public address announcements and the removal of offensive material.

With these measures, LaLiga seeks to reinforce the fight against violence and promote a cultural change in football, betting on safer and more inclusive stadiums for all fans.

Madrid. — La LaLiga announced the mandatory implementation of new prevention and action measures against situations of violence, harassment or discrimination in stadiums, including the designation of protection delegates and the installation of “purple points” in the stands.
