Ivelisse Mercedes M\u00e9ndez, visited the home of a patient diagnosed with brain cancer.<\/p>\n\n\nThe authorities intervened after observing a report by communicator Manuel De P\u00e9rez, which showed the critical reality faced by Mrs. Cecilia Jim\u00e9nez, who suffers from this serious illness and whose health has been progressively deteriorating, even affecting her vision.\n\nDuring the visit, both officials were able to see firsthand the conditions in which the patient resides, a woman of limited resources who has given birth to several children, mostly minors, which further aggravates the family situation.\n\nVisibly moved by the reality they encountered, Dr. Jim\u00e9nez and Governor M\u00e9ndez pledged to manage an urgent action plan.
