According to witnesses, the soldier was drinking a bottle of water that he had bought moments before at a grocery store, when he began to feel very unwell.\n\nJos\u00e9 Santiago, the owner of the establishment, reported that he observed the officer putting his hands to his chest, so he immediately alerted the 9-1-1 emergency system and provided him with a chair so he could sit down.\n\n\n
