Brazil is our great southern neighbor and, for various reasons, very important to Suriname,&#8221; stated the Head of State.\n\nRegarding aviation, that will be another central topic in the conversations with his Brazilian counterpart, Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, with the aim of improving connections and obtaining possible support for the Surinam Aviation Company (SLM).\n\nFollowing his visit to Brazil, Greelings-Simons will travel to the Dominican Republic for a visit that will focus on cooperation in the tourism sector, before returning to Suriname on June 2.
