Magistrate recesses hearing for five minutes in Gabi Desangles and Tamara Mart\u00ednez case<\/a><\/p>\n\n\nThe hearing was held at 10:00 a.m. this Wednesday in the courtroom of the Second Chamber of the Criminal Court of the Court of First Instance of the National District, located in the Palace of Justice of Ciudad Nueva.\n\nThe legal representatives of Gabi, \u00c1ngel Leonel Cano, Nelson Burgos and Paola DiazGil, indicated that they hoped the judge would issue a decision on the case that would remedy the damages caused to their client.\n\n“We hope to produce our final conclusions and arguments so that the judge is informed and can make a decision and issue a sentence,” he explained.\n\nWhen referring to the accused’s stance during the trial, lawyer \u00c1ngel Leonel Cano stated in a conversation with \u00daltimo Minuto that she has shown an evasive attitude regarding the accusations presented.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
