San Pedro de Macor\u00eds.\u2013 The Civil Chamber of the Court of First Instance of San Pedro de Macor\u00eds ordered the provisional suspension of the adjudication judgment used by Suheil El\u00edas Atallah Lajam as the basis for the execution of evictions at Metro Country Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The judicial decision temporarily halts the evictions that had been carried out over the last few days against owners occupying their properties under valid property titles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the background presented in the proceedings, the conflict originates from a situation of registration duplicity previously confirmed by the Regional Directorate of Cadastral Surveys, a circumstance that has generated controversies regarding the ownership of certain properties within the residential complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The request for the urgent provisional measure (petit r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9) was filed by Yurosky Mazara, lawyer for Metro Country Club, who argued the existence of an imminent danger arising from evictions carried out without due procedural guarantees.
