Reitera el llamado a retomar discusiones sobre la pieza<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Santo Domingo.- El presidente del Consejo Nacional de la Empresa Privada (CONEP), Celso Juan Marranzini, afirm\u00f3 este martes que la discusi\u00f3n sobre la cesant\u00eda se ha convertido en una \u201cbola de humo\u201d que ha eclipsado otros aspectos fundamentales contenidos en el proyecto de reforma al C\u00f3digo Laboral que cursa en el Congreso Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marranzini sostuvo que el debate p\u00fablico se ha concentrado casi exclusivamente en la cesant\u00eda, cuando existen numerosos puntos t\u00e9cnicos que, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, fueron consensuados durante el di\u00e1logo tripartito y no est\u00e1n reflejados en la pieza legislativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa cesant\u00eda, lamentablemente, se comporta como una bola de humo, porque todo se centra en que si cesant\u00eda o no cesant\u00eda; hay m\u00e1s que cesant\u00eda\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

El dirigente empresarial reiter\u00f3 el llamado realizado por m\u00e1s de 85 organizaciones del sector privado para que se retome el di\u00e1logo entre los distintos actores involucrados y se construya una reforma laboral integral. A su juicio, la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana tiene una oportunidad hist\u00f3rica para modernizar su legislaci\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
