Domingo.\u2013<\/strong> The Sixth Instruction Court of the National District, based at the Ciudad Nueva Palace of Justice, is scheduled to issue its preliminary ruling this Friday morning in the judicial process involving <strong>Hugo Beras<\/strong>, <strong>Jochi G\u00f3mez<\/strong>, and other defendants linked to the so-called Intrant case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decision will be in the hands of <strong>Judge Yanibet Rivas<\/strong>, who reserved the ruling after concluding the hearings in which the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office and the defense teams presented their respective arguments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the hearing of the case, the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office requested that the court issue an order to open a trial against all the accused, considering that there is sufficient evidence for the file to be heard in a substantive trial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the indictment, the investigations allowed for the collection of evidence regarding the alleged commission of crimes such as administrative corruption, fraud in public procurement, fraud against the State, criminal association, and money laundering, among other offenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The file indicates that the alleged irregularities were mainly carried out through the National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation (Intrant) and the Ministry of Defense, within the framework of contracts related to the traffic management and control system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decision adopted by Judge Rivas will be decisive in establishing whether the defendants must face a trial on the merits for the acts attributed to them by the prosecuting body or if the process will take another judicial course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The case has attracted public attention due to the prominence of the defendants and
