{"id":510347,"date":"2026-06-05T16:15:06","date_gmt":"2026-06-05T20:15:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deultimominuto.net\/en\/uncategorized\/woman-reports-harassment-and-assaults-by-a-neighbor-in-santo-domingo-norte\/"},"modified":"2026-06-05T16:15:06","modified_gmt":"2026-06-05T20:15:06","slug":"woman-reports-harassment-and-assaults-by-a-neighbor-in-santo-domingo-norte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deultimominuto.com\/en\/uncategorized\/woman-reports-harassment-and-assaults-by-a-neighbor-in-santo-domingo-norte\/","title":{"rendered":"Woman reports harassment and assaults by a neighbor in Santo Domingo Norte"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Santo Domingo Norte.\u2013<\/strong> A family residing in the Los Altos II sector of Sabana Perdida reported this Thursday that they have been facing alleged threats, assaults, and acts of harassment by a neighbor for more than four years, a situation that, they claim, has put the physical integrity of a woman in the community at risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raym\u00f3n Antonio Solano Pimentel came to De \u00daltimo Minuto to present the case of his wife, Kedy P\u00e9rez Lebr\u00e9n, who claims to have been a victim on multiple occasions of assaults by the individual named Oelmy Hidalgo Ram\u00edrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the complainant, one of the first incidents occurred when the man allegedly threatened P\u00e9rez Lebr\u00f3n with a machete, an event for which she went to the Santo Domingo Norte Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, where she was granted a restraining order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, she maintains that the harassment actions continued. According to her account, the individual subsequently allegedly pulled a knife on the woman and was arrested in flagrante delicto by agents of the 9-1-1 National Emergency and Security Attention System. Nevertheless, she indicated that he was later released under periodic reporting requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solano Pimentel further stated that, days later, the man allegedly pursued his wife and struck her in the leg with a stick. He added that, despite the legal proceedings initiated, the accused was released once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the documents shown by the family is a complaint filed on May 22, 2024, with the authorities, in which Kedy P\u00e9rez Lebr\u00f3n stated that the accused allegedly tried to run her over with a vehicle while she was heading to her business. According to the document, the conflict is related to a land demarcation issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Given the situation, the family requested the intervention of the authorities and the implementation of measures to guarantee the woman&#8217;s safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe do not want her to be one more victim.
