Maintaining physical activity, managing weight, and following a balanced diet are measures that promote not only prostate health but also overall well-being,\u201d indicates the specialist from Massachusetts General Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>PSA prostate analysis: the most used test<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, the main detection method is the PSA prostate analysis, a blood test that measures the levels of prostate-specific antigen. When PSA appears elevated, it does not necessarily mean cancer, but it does indicate that additional studies may be required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on that result, the doctor may recommend repeating the test after a few months, performing an MRI, doing a prostatic ultrasound, or requesting a biopsy.
