SANTO DOMINGO. The Dominican Republic men’s national basketball team will begin its training this Tuesday ahead of the third qualifying window for the 2027 FIBA Basketball World Cup, under the direction of coach N\u00e9stor Garc\u00eda.<\/p>n”\n\n“n
The practices will be held at 7:00 at night at the Palacio de los Deportes in Santo Domingo, with the goal of preparing for the upcoming matches against the United States and Nicaragua.<\/p>n”\n\n“n
The first match of this phase will be on July 3rd against the United States, while the second match will be on July 6th against Nicaragua, both at the Professor Virgilio Travieso Soto Arena.<\/p>n”\n\n“n
The team’s coaching staff is led by N\u00e9stor Garc\u00eda and includes the assistance of figures such as Eulis B\u00e1ez, as well as David D\u00edaz, Abraham Disla, and the Spaniard Sergio Jim\u00e9nez.
