Sports Desk (EFE).- The Ecuador national football team coach, the Argentine Sebasti\u00e1n Beccacece, stated this Wednesday after the defeat against Mexico (2-0) and subsequent elimination from the 2026 World Cup<\/a> that, “by not fulfilling” what was promised, he will not continue as coach of La Tri.<\/p>n”\n\n“n

“We could not achieve the feat we promised, which was to have our best World Cup, and, therefore, obviously, due to the responsibility I carry, my contract ended once the World Cup was over, and the World Cup ended for Ecuador,” Beccacece declared in the post-match press conference.<\/p>n”\n\n“n
