Santo Domingo.<\/strong> \u2013 Banco de Reservas inaugurated this Wednesday its traditional mortgage fair Expohogar Banreservas 2026,<\/a> with preferential financing rates starting at 8%<\/strong> for low-cost housing, fixed for seven years.<\/p>n”\n\n“n

For other types of housing, the financial offer ranges between 8.85% and 13.85%<\/strong>, with fixed-rate periods of up to ten years. In the case of commercial premises and plots of land, rates start at 11.85%<\/strong>.<\/p>n”\n\n“n

The executive president of Banreservas, Dr. Leonardo Aguilera, highlighted that the institution organizes this fair with the purpose of continuing to facilitate access to financing for thousands of Dominicans who work every day to achieve the dream of owning their own home.<\/p>n”\n\n“n

“We offer these attractive rates to firmly support the housing policy of President Luis Abinader, focused on reducing the housing deficit in our country,” he expressed.<\/p>n”\n\n“n

Aguilera reported that, in the last five editions of Expohogar, Banreservas has disbursed more than RD$35 billion<\/strong> in mortgage financing, benefiting more than 7,000 families<\/strong>, which demonstrates the impact of this initiative on access to housing.<\/p>n”\n\n“n

Likewise, he highlighted that in this edition, interested parties will be able to carry out their pre-qualification through the Banreservas App<\/strong>, in addition to accessing special financing conditions and other exclusive benefits.<\/p>n”\n\n“n

The financing proposal contemplates loans of up to 90%<\/strong> of the property value, with terms of up to 20 years<\/strong> for housing. In the case of SME clients, the financing reaches up to 80%<\/strong> of the property value, with terms of up to 10 years<\/strong> for commercial premises and 7 years<\/strong> for lots.<\/p>n”\n\n“n

During the fair, Banreservas makes a wide range of benefits available to its customers, which includes discounts at partner merchants for Expohogar customers and cardholders.<\/p>n”\n\n“n
