However, they reported that the lack of swearing-in prevented them from obtaining their identity cards and fully exercising rights such as access to work, education, freedom of movement, and social security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the judicial process, the Ministry of Interior and Police alleged that the beneficiaries had not completed certain administrative requirements, such as biometric registration and fingerprinting.
