All necessary assistance is being provided in full, and if necessary, additional forces from the Federal Center for Disaster Medicine will be called upon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Balitsky indicated that he ordered social services to immediately begin working with the families of the deceased and assured that all corresponding compensation will be delivered as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;It is an attack against peaceful life, against people who went to buy food. The responsibility for this tragedy lies with those who deliberately attack civilian targets,&#8221; he pointed out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The authorities asked the population to remain calm, to rely only on official information channels, and not to spread unverified data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case for a terrorist act in Tokmak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kyiv&#8217;s terrorist acts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kiev carries out constant targeted attacks against the civilian population of Russian border provinces, while launching multiple unmanned aerial vehicles against the Russian capital and its surroundings. Ukrainian drones and missiles <a href=\"https:\/\/esrt.space\/actualidad\/586914-ucrania-lanzar-ataque-masivo-drones\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">strike<\/a> vehicles, homes, leisure areas, shopping centers, and other civilian <a href=\"https:\/\/esrt.space\/actualidad\/592502-rusia-kiev-atacar-drones-hospital-pacientes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">facilities<\/a>, leaving victims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the early hours of May 22, the Armed Forces of Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/esrt.space\/actualidad\/606618-kiev-bombardear-civiles-occidente-silencio-putin-respuesta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bombed<\/a> a building and a student dormitory in Starobelsk (Russian Lugansk People&#8217;s Republic). Several drones struck the site, where 86 young people were located. The aggression caused <strong>21 deaths<\/strong> and left more than <strong>40 injured<\/strong>. A young woman <a href=\"https:\/\/esrt.space\/actualidad\/606474-joven-quema-viva-huir-ataque-ucraniano-residencia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">died<\/a> burned alive when, after running out of the building, she was <strong>hit by the blast wave of a projectile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On June 3, Ukrainian drones <a href=\"https:\/\/esrt.space\/actualidad\/608635-kiev-dron-autobus-pasajeros-rusia-personas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">struck<\/a> a bus in Yenakievo in the Donetsk People&#8217;s Republic, causing the death of eight civilians. Another 11 people were injured with varying degrees of severity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On June 8, one person died and another was injured by the <a href=\"https:\/\/esrt.space\/actualidad\/609672-ataque-dron-locomotora-muerto-crimea\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">impact<\/a> of a Ukrainian drone against the locomotive of a passenger train covering the Moscow\u2013Simferopol route.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/esrt.space\/actualidad\/611565-atroz-crimen-zelenski-rusia-ataque-autobus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">drone attack<\/a> perpetrated on June 17 against <strong>a bus carrying a children&#8217;s soccer team<\/strong> from Belarus to the Russian resort city of Gelendzhik, on the Black Sea coast, resulted in one person dead and eight injured, including six minors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As a result of a <a href=\"https:\/\/actualidad.rt.com\/actualidad\/614013-muere-bebe-seis-meses-ataque-drones-ucranianos-provincia-moscu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ukrainian drone attack on a home<\/a> on June 30 in the city of <strong>Yegoryevsk<\/strong>, in the Moscow region, a six-month-old baby lost their life. After the impact, a fire broke out and the <strong>inhabitants were trapped under the rubble<\/strong>.
