In addition, he was ordered to pay compensation of <strong>RD$2 million<\/strong> to the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the indictment filed by the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, the incident occurred on <strong>February 28, 2018<\/strong>, on Blanquito Espino Street, in the Villa Rosa sector, when Luis Miguel Capell\u00e1n Taveras was in front of a relative&#8217;s home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Investigations determined that Carvajal Batista arrived at the scene and, without saying a word, opened fire on the victim.
