The United States and the agreement on licenses to produce Patriots, Europe and our work with partners, first and foremost for the production of European missile defenses, as well as other defense cooperation projects,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe expect our partners to keep their promises regarding the aid packages agreed upon at the NATO summit to help protect our population. At this moment, the top priority for all our institutions is to make this a reality,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On a day marked by emergency, the president reported that he received detailed reports on the situation in Vyshneve, the scene of an explosion at military depots and a fire caused by the impact of Russian missiles. The Security Service of Ukraine<\/strong> and the Office of the Prosecutor General have opened a criminal investigation to clarify the facts and determine responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cToday, Major General Poklad, of the Security Service of Ukraine, reported the first results: who and in what positions within \u2018Ukroboronprom\u2019 allowed, unfortunately, for weapons depots to be in Vyshneve.
